The buzz of his phone in the pitch of night is never a good thing, but the news is worse than anything President Lancaster could imagine. Along with her roommate, his only daughter, Becca is missing in Key West during Spring Break. The president reluctantly listens to FBI director, Frank Graham and turns to Special Agent Sinclair O’Malley to find and bring Becca home safe. Sin finds herself embroiled in a cesspool of street gangs, Jamaican voodoo (Obeah), organized crime, and a possible leak in the West Wing. From the streets and bars of Key West to the Florida Everglades, Sin hunts for the girls and their assailants. When the kidnappers strike close to Sin’s heart, all bets are off. Pitting herself against the president, she turns to her old squad for help. Along with old and new friends, Sin takes the fight to the streets of the high-priced neighborhoods in downtown West Palm Beach and will leave no stone unturned to recover her family and take down everyone involved. After Task Force Zero’s latest mission goes off the rails, Sin knows she and her team need a break. They have been running one mission after another for months on end. One day into their month long sabbatical, a special request comes in from Frank Graham, the Director of the FBI and the task force’s only chain of command.
 

Frank’s brother in law, Humphry Diggs, a Miami Beach Police Detective has been charged with murder, and Frank needs Sin and the task force to try and prove his innocence. Sin promises Frank that while on US soil she and the team will abide by the bureau’s rules and regulations.
 

What begins as a simple murder investigation ends up so much more. Sin finds ties to the Chao Pho, Thailand’s largest organized crime syndicate. A syndicate led by Katana Sant, the infamous Sculptress, so named for her intricate and brutal use of bladed weapons. Sin and her team are soon embroiled against the Chao Pho who are peddling the synthetic drugs fentanyl and methamphetamine on the streets of Miami and along the US east coast.
 

In Eastern Drift, Sin will find herself pitted against allies and joining forces with enemies to unravel a web of deceit and solve a crime so heinous that the Pearl Angel of Death must rise like a phoenix from the ashes to inflict justice where it is needed.

Brent Venturi, leader of the Phantom Squad, has moved back to Palm Cove where he was raised by his grandfather. He is content to live a peaceful life as the town's head librarian. Although, he loves the peace and tranquility that have become his life, he is haunted by nightmares. Nightmares that always pertain to a past Phantom Squad mission and always end with an image of his lost love, Chloe.

Brent's life turns upside down when he receives a gift from Lucille Conklin. Her late husband has bequeathed a rare book collection to him upon his death. Among the books, Brent finds a cryptic letter written by his grandfather twenty years earlier. What Brent doesn't know is that he has also been passed a secret, now known as the Endowment.

The secret is so old that it dates back to Noah. A secret which began as a gift from God, but because of man's wickedness and immorality has become so evil that if it were to fall into the wrong hands, Armageddon would occur.

Their travels will eventually take them to Alpha Camp and the Hindu Kush mountains on the Pakistan-Afghanistan border.

When President Dupree and the Phantom Squad get captured by the Brotherhood of Gaza, time for introspection is over and time for action begins. Brent must find a way to get back to the man he was in order to save the people still left in his life. What begins as a sabbatical of self-awareness turns into a mission of survival. His own, that of the squad and more importantly, that of the president of the United States.
